It doesn't matter if you are in the casino at 3 p.m. That being said, the thing that I absolutely HATE about it is the constant blaring of the music. The casino is clean, they have a huge variety of slots, the employees are extremely friendly, and the hotel is AMAZING! I really get that 'Vegas' feel while here, and the rewards are generous. I drive an hour and a half to Firekeepers as opposed to gambling here in my own home town. So if you are a NON-SMOKER PLEASE BEWARE. I just want our money back, plus, this is such an inconvenience. They would have to do a hell of a lot to get us to come back. We have stayed at several hotels-casinos & have NEVER been treated so poorly in trying to resolve a problem. Then just try & get someone to resolve this NOPE just the run a round.
So imagine our surprise when we was charged for a $250.00 cleaning fee for smoking in our room when neither one of us smoked ever. We had a great night sleep, woke up, I made coffee, my husband took a shower put on his cologne & I showered & sprayed cologne on our clothes from the night before to get the smoke smell out of them. My husband & I went to dinner, gambled a bit, went over to Four Winds Hartford for a while then back to Firekeepers. On Jwe stayed at the hotel had a nice room just like in the past, things were great.
I have stayed at this hotel several times with my husband & never had a problem till this last time.
